Bruns, Anke

Dr. Anke Bruns is an infectious disease specialist at UMC Utrecht and also trained as a haematologist. She has a specific interest and expertise in the prevention and treatment of infections of immunocompromised hosts and transplant infectious diseases. She is the leader of the vaccination clinic at UMC Utrecht and works on improving care for immunocompromised patients and the implementation of vaccine programs. In addition, she developed a training course for infections of the immunocompromised and collaborates in several clinical trials on this topic.
