About the Meeting

Everything you need to know to prepare for LIFE2026: venue, logistics, parallel event arrangements, registration, concept paper submission, and practical travel details.

The Meeting & Its Parallel Structure

The 11th LifeCourse Health Prevention Summit (LIFE2026) is held in parallel with the 18th Excellence in Pediatrics Conference (EIP2026), taking place on 3–5 December 2026 at the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center, Copenhagen, Denmark.

This co-location is a deliberate and integral part of the Summit's model — bringing together the science-policy interface of health prevention with the clinical and research expertise of the global pediatrics community. Participants of LIFE2026 are embedded within the broader EIP2026 programme, with dedicated sessions, meetings, and thematic tracks organised specifically for the Summit.

Because of this shared infrastructure, all registration and concept paper abstract submission for LIFE2026 is handled through EIP's systems, as detailed in the sections below.

Registration

Registration for LIFE2026 is processed exclusively through the EIP2026 registration system.

  • To register, visit the official EIP2026 registration page at ineip.org/events/eip/registration.
  • When registering, select the participation category that corresponds to your role and needs. LIFE2026 participation is included as part of EIP2026 registration.
  • You may register for in-person or online attendance. Flexibility to switch between modes is available.
  • Registration and abstract submission require separate accounts in separate systems. Use the same email address for both to ensure all notifications and correspondence reach you correctly.
  • All presenting authors must complete registration and payment upon acceptance of their concept paper abstract.

Early registration is strongly encouraged to benefit from discounted fees and to secure hotel accommodation at delegate rates (rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis).

Concept Paper Submission

LIFE2026 invites the preparation, submission, and presentation of policy-related concept papers. The submission process is managed through the EIP2026 abstract submission system.

  • Submit your concept paper abstract at conftool.pro/eip2026.
  • All abstracts are reviewed within 10 days of submission. Accepted authors will be invited to submit their full concept paper and present at the relevant LIFE2026 session.
  • Full submission guidelines, format requirements, and thematic areas are available on the Concept Papers page.

A personalised official invitation letter will be provided to all registered participants. Once your registration is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your invitation letter.

Please note that this invitation is intended solely for visa application purposes and does not imply any financial support or guarantee of participation in the scientific programme by the organisers.

For accepted concept paper authors who require an invitation letter that includes details of their approved abstract, please submit your request to secretariat@ineip.org.
